Where art thou?

And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?”

‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3‬:‭7‬-‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Wherever you are in life is as a result of your ability to rise to new realities and dimensions. Everything we seek has been made available except the current version of us is unable to receive . Adam in the garden was in a consistent fellowship with God. Prior to his fall, I believe there was a consistent body of learning God imparted into him through these encounters. The question posed by Abba, where art thou, was not a mere matter of presence but also a realm where interfacing with divinity would produce an eternal purpose.

“And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not. And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭28‬:‭16‬-‭17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Unlike Jacob who at the instance of perception of God’s realm and a new dimension purporting to his place in destiny, built an altar to secure it. There is a realm God is calling you into, there is a version of you He wants to make to capture His glory. Not only did Jacob build an altar but he vowed to secure that place of encounter. Jacob kept this vow meeting God in this very place and today the story sets the pace for generations and beyond. Many have not received what God has for them because they are missing in the dimension they ought to be. They are missing in the place of encounter because they have not risen in prayer nor the revelation that will accelerate them. Your story is not over you just need to come up hither.

So beloved where art thou?
