Background
“And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”

Beloved of God, the story of creation known by many is embedded with so much more than we read. Today let’s see a few mysteries resulting from the beginning of time.
-Light is necessary for signs and seasons, days and years. “The entrance of thy words giveth light; It giveth understanding unto the simple” (Psalm 119:130 KJV). Light in this context pertains to divine enlightenment/wisdom. At the appearance of light, the pathway of destiny is shone, and the pathway to life at its fullest is seen. The light of the gospel as Paul commends in 2 Corinthians 4:4 encompasses the very element of enlightenment able to restore man unto the light of the knowledge of the glory of God. In His light do we see the light (Psalm 36:9).
-Your seed determines your fruit, what seed is embedded in you? In the verses of study, every seed brought forth fruit of its kind. This distinctiveness, though none other than man was created in the image of God, proves that the dimensions of God even exist in His creation. This shows that as multidimensional as the Godhead is, this diversity is embedded in men who He created. It is our responsibility to cultivate that seed of the Father dwelling in us into fruition. Jesus in John 15:2 acclaimed that every branch that does not bear fruit He takes away, just as the parable of the Minas in Luke 19, God expects every seed vested in us to bear lasting results and impact.
-God committed everything into the Hands of man except the times and seasons. To everything, there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven (Ecclesiastes 3). This indicates that every timing is programmed by the heavens. Man does not own and has no control over time except to know and understand what they indicate. The programming of heaven cannot be changed.
-Times and seasons are not in man’s control but rather their use. Therefore the sons of Issachar as the Bible declares understood the times and seasons(1Chronicles 12:32), under the influence of heaven men can understand the programming in order to align and know the direction to go.
-You run seasons when you are able to dominate, be productive and increase. True domination of the things God commanded into man’s care, is subordinate to how man can make full significance of the season appointed unto Him to make use of. You do not control seasons you either run by them or they run you.
This year Beloved, make it your sole purpose to engage and dwell in the light of God that comes by His word, live out each day circumspectively as the wise and come into alignment and understanding of the heavenly program.
